The HIPAA Rules are flexible and scalable to accommodate the enormous range in types and sizes of entities that must comply with them. This
means that there is no single standardized program that could appropriately train employees
of all entities (HHS.gov).

The ability to define HIPPA (Privacy Rule)Addresses the use and disclosure of individual health information, by organizations subject to the Privacy Rule, for covered entities to understand and control how patient information is to be disseminated and used.
How to avoid violationsOne can avoid violations by ensuring the confidentiality of patients records and NOT release any information without a signed consent form.

The principle of medical ethics that a patient reveals to a medical provider that is private and limits how this
