• FIC requires the allergenic ingredients to be clearly highlighted in the ingredients list
• Many ways to do this [bold, italics, colour].
• UK retailers have agreed on bold
wheat flour becomes wheat flour
semi-skimmed milk becomes semi-skimmed milk
butter becomes butter (milk)
