Michael Palm serves in the capacity of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CRP Industries Inc. of Cranbury, New Jersey. CRP is the North American sales & marketing partner for the German automotive supplier, Continental AG, as well as numerous other tier one original equipment automotive parts manufacturers throughout the European Union.

Prior to joining CRP, Mr. Palm held various marketing positions with Berlitz International, Inc. of Princeton, NJ, most recently as Director, Worldwide Marketing. Berlitz is a leading supplier of language instruction, cross-cultural training, and self-teaching publishing materials with over 475 locations in more than 60 countries worldwide.

With over 20+ years of marketing experience in both B2B and B2C environments, Mike has excelled at the development and execution of integrated marketing programs.

Mike is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (BSBA) degree. He was the recipient of Shippensburg University’s 2003 Outstanding Young Alumnus Award and currently serves on the university’s John L. Grove College of Business Advisory Board. Mike has been a featured speaker at area colleges and marketing conferences on international and service marketing.

Global Executive360˚How was Global Executive Leadership 360˚ developed?

The Global Executive Leadership 360˚ is part of an extensive research project investigating the daily actions and behaviours of effective global executives.

The Inventory was developed by Dr. Manfred F.R. Kets de Vries to help executives evaluate their performance in carrying out 12 primary leadership tasks that he had seen were important to senior executives.

Because there is frequently a significant difference between what leaders say that they do and what they actually do, the Inventory was designed as a 360 degree feedback instrument, allowing leaders to compare their self-perceptions to the perceptions of others.
