The promotion of the above officers is in Public Interest. Allthe Officers arerequired to assume the charge of new post positively by 17/01/2011 failing which itwill be presumed that they have refused the promotion and they will be debarred for aperiod of two years without any further intimation.

The Promotions being ordered are provisional and are subject to review on thebasis of decision of the AAI on the recommendations of the inter-se-seniority committee.

These promotions shall be further subject to the final outcome of the writpetition No.1662/2008in terms of the order dated 11/08/2008 passed by the Hon'bleHighCourt of Delhi.

They will be under probation for a period of one year from the date of joining.

The charge assumption report may be sent to Personnel Directorate throughconcerned RED/HODs.
