At the rear section of Hua Hin Grand Night Plaza Market is a place where you can find a small Mexican restaurant. It runs by a Mexican owner, Mr. Hugo Delgado, who first came to Thailand as an English teacher. He decided to open an authentic Mexican restaurant with his cousin. The first restaurant of the two Mexicans, Margaritas, was very well known as the best authentic Mexican restaurant in town. Unfortunately, it has to be closed due to reasons out of their control. Taco’s and Margaritas has a different concept that tries to mimic Authentic Mexican Street Food; homemade food, quick, easy, low price and good value.

The wooden red and green table sets give tints of Mexican flag and stand out of their surrounding. The place is small and has only 15 seats. There is enough space between tables so it is comfortable to enjoy food and drink in an open-air area. It is also an ideal dining place for people who need a quick meal just before or after shopping at the market. In this section of the market is decorated with some old stuff, plant, flowers and lighting that make the place even more gorgeous.

As its heart, Mexican food is pretty rustic homemade fare and most of ingredients come from local. The menu is small and easy and the prices are affordable but while guaranteeing a true taste of Mexican. The salsas are made fresh, the tortillas are done daily. With your first bite, probably into a homemade corn tortilla chip dipped in guacamole. The avocado is creamy goodness, the onion’s flavours fresh and crisp, the coriander sharp and bright and it’s all well seasoned with just enough lime and cumin. The burrito is serving in the good portion and full-flavoured in a lovely basket. The Quesalida is one of recommended dishes by the owner. Besides the delicious food, you would have enough choices of drinks and three different kinds of margaritas. Overall service is generally admirable.
