2. Remove used wheel cover (hubcap) from wheel rim. Ensure the mounting-clips are seated firmly within the wheel cover blocks. See Fig. 2

3. Position the new wheel cover on wheel rim and guide the tire valve stem through a slot in the wheel cover. Make sure all the wheel cover mounting-clips (4 or 5 clips) fit over the wheel rim. See Fig. 3

4. Holding the wheel cover firmly in place, locate the mounting-clips of the wheel cover. Use the rubber mallet to tap the outer edge of the wheel cover mounting-clip until it is seated firmly against the wheel rim. See Fig. 4

5. Repeat step 4. for each wheel cover mounting-clip until all the mounting-clips are seated firmly against the wheel rim.

6. Use the tack puller or the slotted screwdriver to pry free each mounting clip from the wheel rim. See Fig. 5

To remove the wheel cover, place a tack puller screwdriver (EU6400) or a flathead screwdriverunder the retaining clip and pry away from the wheel rim as the arrow suggests on the clip, "in an upwards direction". It is important that you do this on all four/five clips to remove the wheel cover.

1. Identify your wheel size and determine correct wheel cover size. 2. If you have replaced the original factory wheels with aftermarket wheels your wheel cover size may differ from our application. 3. Warning! Do not pull to remove cover, use a flat screwdriver to unclip the retainer clipsCaution: Use safety glasses for eye protection when installing or removing wheel covers.

1. The last two numbers on your tire will indicate proper wheel cover size (12",13",14", 15", 16" and 17"). See Fig. 1 Example: A tire with a size code of 15 inch uses a 15 inch wheel cover

Instruction Manual

1. Contains:(a) Spinner (d) PCD universal Disk (b) Hex Bolt (e) Space Extender

(c) Spring Washer (f) Connector

2. Installation: (1) Check the wheel lug nut size & pitch circle diameter (PCD) (2) Remove 3 non-contiguous original wheel lug nuts or bolts and replace with 3 same size of original wheel lug nut or bolt connectors as shown in fig. 1 (3) Torque 3 connector lug nuts to the correct original equipment specification, use Space Extender if the wheel has small/minus off-set. (4) Rotate the spinner until the open area stops on the correct bolt circle slot of PCD universal disk (Fig. 2). (5) Place Spinner and PCD universal Disk on 3 connector lug nuts. (6) Align the correct bolt circle slot (4/5/6/8/10/12 Lugs) of PCD universal Disk with any one of 3 connector lug nuts and hand tighten (Fig. 2). (7) Hex Bolt/Spring Washer with hex wrench for fastening and rotate the spinner to next Connector lug nut (Fig. 3). Make sure spinner has a clear space and room from the wheel surface for a free spin. It may necessary to add Extension socket, Washer or

normal M12 or M14 hex nut as spacer with longer fastening bolt/hex bolt to prop up spinner is applicably. (8) Repeat the step of (7) for all 3 Connector lug nuts and Spring Washer. (9) Torque each Hex Bolt/Spring Washer to 20 FT-LB (Do not over torque). Must check torque on all 3 Hex Bolt or Spring Washer after 20 miles and it's the customer's responsibility to check the tightness of all Hex Bolt or Spring Washers and Free spins space.

3. Warnings: a) Sure your wheel is workable with appointed spinner kit b) Keep children and fingers away from spinners while in motion c) Don't try to stop the spinners while in motion d) Never try to disassemble the factory-assembled Spinner assembly e) Must apply the safety procedures and equipments when installing or removing the spinners f) Not for off-road use g) Always check the tightness of all 3 Hex/Fastening Bolt and Washers and the safety space or room between spinner and wheel for sure free spins

4. Maintenance: 1) Use hand wash to clean the spinner and do not go through the car washing machine 2) Do not use chemicals that are erosion to chromed surfaces of spinner and wheels.

5. Warranty: One (1) year of chromed finish and all parts,

unauthorized disassembling and usage the spinnervoids the warranty
