Stammering is a psychological problem ,inwhich the abnormal flow of speech andrepetitions (ti-titime), abnormal stoppage (nosound), prolongation (ti-ti-ti--time) of sounds.
It may be in the form of mind block, hesitation,sound forced, tense or jerky, elongating more
