Before excavation started, must be done work of Measurement to know elevation and boundary plan of excavation.

2. Work location :Gunung Sahari Drain and Waduk Melati as according to the Drawing and BQ
Description This work have to include all excavation in the line, grade, slope and elevation shown on the Drawing,
boundary, removal, transportation, dumping and Spreading and grading in disposal area.
At construction process, if Any damage to existing structure or facilities that is caused by Contractor’s
operational, contractor will be repaired to the pre-project condition at the contractor’s expense
All Construction will be execute as according to determined Technical specification in tender document

- Excavated Material will be transported into disposal, Spreader and grading. Handling Material, Truck’s
Dump must be equipped by Water Seal during transportation process, so that no debris of Excavated
material on access road.
- Traffic management with traffic lights that have been there (intersection lights) and will be assisted with traffic management by contractor
- Contractor will request and permissions using Ancol’s land to using access road for disposal of
excavated material determined to the tender document
- For Garbage, Disposal as determined to the tender document or otherwise determined by Director Bantar Gebang

regulation of Bantargebang. They can find out the cost per ton or per truck by themselves to
Bantargebang.
- During Handling and Hauling dredged Material into Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) at Ancol Area,
contractor will be prepare of Water tank truck for
cleaning of existing road routes from fall dredged material during transported
- For Garbage, Disposal as determined to the tender document or otherwise determined by Director Bantar Gebang
- All truck / vehicles transporting the dredged material will be equipped with Global Positioning
System as instructed, for monitoring purpose. All Truck will be Recording.

- Access to the Site can generally be achieved by the network of public roads and streets in the vicinity of Site.
- The dredged materials shall be properly disposed in the designated Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) at

traffic regulations with respect to gaining access to the Site for the purposes of performing the
Works and shall take all necessary actions to ensure availability of access to the Site as required.

shall become due to the Contractor for over dredging or excess dredging which exceeds the allowable over depth.

Description
1. Site Work Preparation

- Excavation by labor to get form of pilling
- Made of guide beam on pilling position using steel material WF type with elevation distance from
sub grade 1 to 2 meter, before pilling is executed
- Guide beam is made with strength enough that can supporting of moment when pilling is executed and stabile
- Piling founded by vertical and monitored with measuring instrument ( Theodolite) and yarn in 2

- Before pilling, pile with Vibro hammer have to in position of sentries

Adalah pekerjaan galian tempat untuk peralatan dan mesin jacking guna mendorong pipa secara
horizontal, konstruksi starting/driving pit berukuran;
Perkuatan dinding pit menggunakan Material sesuai dengan gambar diatas
Disamping itu di dalam driving pit juga dilengkapi dengan block beton untuk dead man, pondasi
mesin, lantai kerja.
2. Pekerjaan Boring & Jacking
Pekerjaan pengeboran tanah dapat dilakukan dengan mesin, akan tetapi memungkinkan juga dilakukan secara manual apabila diameter pipa cukup besar untuk akses pekerja galian dan kondisi
tanah cukup stabil.

2.1. Persiapan Starting Pit & Ariving Pit
Starting/Driving Pit adalah titik dimana Peralatan Mesin dipasang guna mendorong pipa selama pekerjaan jacking dilakukan. Sedangkan titik tujuan dinamakan Arriving Pit/Receiving Pit, yang
digunakan untuk mengangkat kembali mata bor & pilot tube. Secara berturutan dan bila dimungkinkan Arriving Pit akan menjadi Starting pit untuk pekerjaan
jacking section berikutnya.
Pekerjaan persiapan ini antara lain adalah : pembuatan perkuatan dinding galian, pembuatan
deadman untuk menahan thrusting block, pembuatan lantai pondasi untuk guide-rail

2.2. Installasi Mesin Jacking
Setelah pekerjaan Starting Pit & Arriving selesai, mesin jackin mulai dipasang, Tipe Mesin
Jacking yang dipilih perlu disesuaikan dengan ukuran diameter pipa, dan kapasitasnya disesuaikan dengan gaya dorong yang diperlukan.
Pada umumnya peralatan mesin jacking terdiri dari: trusting block / hydraulick jack, guide rails,
steel pressure plate, power pack, steel trusting ring, jacking shield / pilot tube, conveyor belt /
slurry hose, dan control panel untuk operator mesin.
2.3. Pemasangan Pilot Tube / Jacking Shield
Pilot Tube / Jacking Shield adalah berupa silinder baja yang dipasang pada ujung pipa jacking
dimana Mata bor terpasang.
**) untuk ekskavasi tanah dengan cara manual biasanya mata bor diganti dengan
driving collar (steel collar yang didesain khusus untuk menembus tanah).

2.4. Pekerjaan pemboran dan jacking awal
Setelah pilot tube dan mata bor terpasang, maka pekerjaan pemboran tanah dimulai dan
setelah pilot tube masuk kedalam tanah, maka pipa pertama dipasang, kemudian pemboran dilakukan secara menerus sementara pipa didorong perlahan
2.5. Pekerjaan pengangkutan tanah
Selanjutnya untuk pipa ke-2, ke-3 dan selanjutnya sampai menuju ke arriving pit. Pekerjaan
pengeboran dan pekerjaan mendorong pipa dilakukan secara berturutan / bersamaan. Pembuangan tanah hasil dari pemboran dibuang melalui conveyor, untuk type mesin lainnya
biasanya untuk diameter kecil, tanah hasil pengeboran dicampur dengan air sehingga berbentuk slurry dan dibuang melalui pipa pembuangan.
Pembuangan tanah untuk cara manual dapat digunakan trolley. Kecepatan pemasangan pipa jacking tergantung pada diameter pipa dan kondisi tanahnya,
umumnya 1 s/d 6 pipa per hari (8 jam kerja).

2.6. Pekerjaan Jacking tahap akhir
Setelah pipa jacking pertama sampai ke arriving pit, maka pilot tube dan mata bor di angkat,
dan mesin jacking dipindahkan ke section berikutnya.
