Metal Processing

Metal Processing Plant is a division of Technical Metal Industrial Co. and it’s where Slitting and Cut-to-Length metal services are offered for in-house production as well as outside customer.This division has automatic and semi-automatic machine lines to meet different specifications required by the production department as well as the demands of outside customer. The Slitting lines are designed to slit GI, MS, SS, PPGI and Aluminum coils from thickness 0.3mm to 3.0mm. Similarly the Cut-to-Length lines are capable of processing coil thickness 0.3mm to 6.0mm. Accuracy, Advanced Technical know-how and professional handling of pre and post processes are the basic factors for our outstanding performance in this venture. Equipped with the most modern machineries, dedicated staff with creative management and supervision, Metal Processing Plant ensures quality services with complete customer satisfaction.

Slitting lines can produce both narrow and wide coils in a variety of slit sizes, depending on the specifications required by the Clients.

Cut-to-Length lines are designed to process material thickness 0.45mm to 6mm in all types of Materials such as GI, MS, SS, PPGI and Aluminum. The standard length is 2.44mtr, but any length can be Produced upon request.

About Metal Processing System Slitting

Cut-to-Length SheetsCut-to-Length sheets are placed in separate pallets. Pallets may have 50 sheets, but this number will vary for thicknesses above 2mm. Sheets are strapped to pallets by metal strips for safe handling. Maximum pallets weight 4 – 5 MT.

Slitted CoilsAfter the slitting Process, slitted coils are packed in separate pallets according to their thickness and size, for easier identification and handling. Such arrangement makes the handling and storing process easier at the receiving end as well. Maximum pallets weight 3 – 4 MT.
