ExecuCar Airport Will Call Service Sedans & SUVs (from the airport) Guests should receive a text, but if they do not, please have guests call dispatch 602.232.4606 from airport baggage claim after collecting their luggage. All reservations will have their flights tracked and have a driver in the airport’s dedicated holding lot waiting for word from dispatch.

NOTE: Driver waits for passenger in lower level baggage claim with e-tablet name sign. This is also the mandated driver waiting location for international arrivals. (Sky Harbor regulations)

Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport: Reservations can be made by selecting Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport on the SuperShuttle or ExecuCar website or by calling reservations.

Auto-Text Feature:

When guest’s cell phone is provided in reservation, our system will send a text prior to landing to advise the arriving passenger of his/her assigned driver name, cell phone and instructions upon collecting luggage.

Around-town / Point-to-Point: Non-airport, point-to-point transportation fares are based on minimum fare zones and miles. A fare sheet reflecting major area landmarks has been provided. For all other fares please refer to the “Quick Fare Quote” feature on www.supershuttle.com or www.execucar.com.

In-Town Charters Sedans - $50.00 per hour, minimum of two (2) hours required.SUV’S - $70.00 per hour, minimum of two (2) hours required.Vans - $90.00 per hour, minimum of two (2) hours required.

Out-Of-Town Charters Please call for rates or see attached Charter Rate sheet.

Wait-Time Wait time is assessed after a ten (10) minute grace period (charges revert back to pick up time). The charge is $50.00 per hour and charged calculated from the scheduled time of pick up to be pro-rated into minute charges when applicable.

Extra Stop Fees Customers may add an additional stop to an airport transfer or point to point reservation for an additional fee. Extra stop fees vary and will be charged at the city’s or vehicle operator’s discretion. Extra Stop Fees do not apply to charter reservations. If an extra stop incurs additional miles, additional fees may apply.
