Meru Akarshanasana (Spinal Bending Pose) Lie on your right side, in a straight line, with your left leg on top of your right. Bend your right elbow and place it on the floor. Raise your torso and head (supported by the right elbow) and place your right hand just above your right ear. The left arm rests on the left thigh. Inhale and raise the left leg up and grab the left toes with the left hand. Keep the leg straight. Exhale and release the toes, rest the left leg and hand down. Practice 5 more times on this side, then switch sides.
