Merqurio Pharma according italian legislation is able to provide Scientific Information about drugs, produced by Merqurio and its third parties.

Merqurio has two different Rep Networks who contact physicians:

1. Phone Reps: The phone Reps are 30. They work in Merqurio’s office They are able to do 40 positive contacs a day

2. Street Reps:The street Reps are 70. They are based all over Italy Physician visited are Gp, Gynecologist, Dentist, Orthopaedic

The remote agent: calling pharmacies

In Italy every pharmacy is an independent business, making orders by itself; that’s why you need a sellers’ network.

Every day from Merqurio’s office fifty people call pharmacies for products’ sale/promotion.Every agent works always in the same area, so as to create a one to one relation with the pharmacist.

The “Merqurio Remote Agent” can:• Provide a sellers network to pharmacies if the Pharma company

doesn’t have it Or• Integrate it if the customer already has one.

More than 60 projects have been carried out: sales, marketing, sales support, transfer orders, logistics, promotion at point of sale, events in pharmacies.

DrClick is an authentication service, that permits a site to login an user without register it, certifying that he/she is a physician.

DrClick verifies data with Italian legal association of physicians (Fnomceo), or requesting identification by fax.

Databases procedures are certified ISO9001:2008.

All data are checked by phone Reps, street reps and customer databases.

All Physician are contacted at least once a year.
