Who Receives The Money?

• Students must:• Find a qualifying internship, research opportunity, or study abroad

experience.

• Commit to participating or secure a position.

• Complete an application that requires 2 signatures and submit to administration by March 9th

• How do students actually use the money? Do they always use it?• Research leads for now

How Does It All Work?

• Staff must:• Publicize the application process

• Sign off on hundreds of applications

• Ensure that applications secure all proper signatures

• Work with students who haven’t secured an internship

• Assistant Vice Provost pores over paper applications: verify completion, work with University payroll to disburse funds.
