Merit Badge Class Registration(from your Troop page)
• This step by step process is provided to help you get your Scouts signed up for classes (for ease of class sign up, we recommend you already have your Scouts registered for camp)
• Troop Activity sign up will be done at camp Sunday night at the Leader Meeting
• The last couple pages will show how to export all of your registrations from the website
Class Signup – click on Participants tab
Click on the Scout you want to signup for classes(this assumes you have already registered your Scout and paid the non-refundable $100 portion of his fees)
Click Options and Edit Participant Information
Click Activities
Click Add New
Merit Badge Classes
• Once you click on a class, you will be able to click on a specific session
• You will click on Next to get to the specific times of that activity
• Click on the specific session time, then click SAVE
Session Times
• When you click SAVE, it will bring you back to the Scout’s Page. You can add another class or SAVE and go on to another Scout
• Click Add New if you would like to add more classes
• Once you click on a class for the first time, it will show “selected” the next time you register for a class
• The page will also say “conflict” once you have registered for a session so you don’t double book

Click the list you want. It will export to an Excel Spreadsheet
