Employees Submission of Option for Retired Employees Medical Insurance Policy for the

period 01-Nov-2017 to 31-Oct-2018

2. Click on “Click Here to Register your Option” link and the following page will be displayed:

3. Enter EC No and DOB of the ex-employee and click on Submit Button. On successful Login,

the page will be displayed to submit option for renewal of Medical Insurance policy.
