    DIFFERENT WEIGHT CLASSES With total permissible loads of 3500 kg, 3880 kg and 4200 kg, payloads of us to 2350 kg are achievable 1).

    GREATER CUSTOMISATION The four different wheelbases (3600 / 3850 /4100 / 4325 mm) combined with various overhangs, provide customised solutions for a wide range of transport requirements, while ensuring optimal load distribution and driving stability.

    SLEEK, LOW LINE FRAME The innovative low-frame chassis design enables a frame height reduction of up to 205 mm compared to the original chassis. This results in a lower loading height and a correspondingly reduced overall vehicle height. The lower centre of gravity can also significantly improve the road holding, cornering and crosswind sensitivity. The combination of a low frame and rear-wheel drive sets new benchmarks for traction performance and driving safety for commercial vehicles.

    TANDEM AXLE The perfectly coordinated tandem axle assembly with independent suspension and coil springs ensures excellent, car-like suspension comfort. For the highest demands for comfort, full air suspension with automatic level control and a lifting/lowering function is also availa- ble from Mercedes-Benz as an optional extra.
