A Personal Mentorship Program where we provide one-on-one

personal sessions to young executives by

The mentorship program is available for a fixed time-

frame of one year or 6 months as desired by the

mentee.

The price of program is Rs. 14,999 and the time frame

is of 6 months to 1 year

The sessions will be conducted online via video calling,

audio calling and other technologically empowered

way so that mentoring is not hindered by location of

mentor and mentee

The Mentor and the mentee will be connect through-out their mentoring period by various platforms like

video calling, personal forum, mail, Tele. comm. ,

mobile app etc

Rajiv is a senior HR professional with over 29 years of work experience in Human resource management and development. In his professional career he have held leadership positions in the HR function with Wipro and Hexaware technologies. Prior to his corporate career he have served for 23 years in the Indian army where he have held leadership roles. He had the experience of working in a multicultural environment during his tenure as part of UN forces in Lebanon for a period of one year

Presently he is working in the field of Human capital development as a consultant in organizational and leadership development.

As we are starting our venture we have

decided to offer our Mentorship Program

for FREE to 49 especially chosen mentees because we as an organisation believe

that we have moral responsibility to our

society

Qualification for being a mentee

He/ She must be a young professional of 0.5-10

years of job experience

Not for Interns or Students , Full Time work

experience required

He/ She must align to vertical and function( A1-

D5) as defined in slide 13. We will help him/her

do the same

Terms and Condition The slots will be allotted as per the convenience of the

mentor

There will be in total 6 sessions of video calling /audio calling

All the sessions cannot be used by a mentee in a time period

less than 6 months

The mentee and mentor will be connected via email

through-out the mentoring period

The mentee has to bring 10 referrals to our company within

1st two months

Selection of a mentee is completely in discretion of the

Company.
