Preparato per forno, 90% di frutta in pezzi, che permette di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza del pasticciere valorizzandone fantasia e creatività nella decorazione di torte e pasticcini.

Può anche essere mescolato con altri preparati per realizzare dessert al cucchiaio come semifreddi e bavaresi. I prodotti fruit filling sono stabili alla cottura e al congelamento. Confezionati in pratiche latte con apertura easy-open fornite di tappo salvaroma.
