The Protein Shack helps educate people to eat healthier and to make it easier for people to have more options when choosing what to eat.

I increasingly found that there was a lack of healthy ‘food on the go’ which after doing a long workout at the gym just infuriated me. That and my own personal lack of knowledge of what was good for me, encouraged me to find out more, seek the help of a top nutritionist and so The Protein Shack was born!

I want people to enjoy going to get there lunch and make it more of an experience, than a hassle everyday at work or out and about.

At TPS our menu has been designed by top nutritionist Rob Hobson who has worked with some of the UK’s largest food and health companies. The key focus on the menu was to provide healthy breakfasts and lunches that didn’t sacrifice on flavour or nutrients. Keeping the menu creative yet simple, our dishes provide the right amount of essential fats and vitamins that we need in an ever demanding lifestyle.

We offer a variety of dishes ranging from super antioxidant Acai breakfast bowls, avocado toast with toppings, large salad dishes, sandwiches, sweet healthy treats and we also offer an amazing £5 meal deal! Further more we provide a large range of healthy and nutritious fresh juices, protein shakes, smoothies, Award-winning Coal Town Coffee and a selection of herbal teas.
