The extremely talented and accomplished ‘Chef Nadeem Qureshi‘
is a scion of Indian gastronomy. He is the 7th generation member in a
family of Chefs, and a specialist in Awadhi cuisine. His family is
regarded as among the best in Lucknow. Exposed to fine cooking at
an early age, he further honed his skills under traditional masters.
He learnt and gained mastery over his illustrious family recipes;
right from his grandmother to his uncles, who still run the family
restaurant back at the Chowk. In this menu, he showcases his skills
