THE CLASSICS This list reflects our favorite drinks to show our thanks to the drinks that make our jobs possible. Our classics can be made with premium products – ask our bar team to suggest their favourites.

MANHATTAN 19 Bourbon stirred with Antica Formula and a dash of bitters washed down with a maraschino cherry.

SAZERAC 20 Rye whiskey perfected with absinth, Peychaud bitters sugar and lemon peel.

OLD FASHIONED 20 Whiskey stirred through bitters with a hint of sugar finished with orange peel.

VESPA 20 A pretty drink for a pretty name, Vodka and Gin are softened up with Lillet blanc and a lemon peel.

TOM COLLINS 19 Gin in all its glory opened up with fresh squeezed lemon juice and sugar procrastinated with a splash of soda.

MAI TAI 20 Dark rum, Light Rum, orange liquor and Orgeat syrup make this little number a favourite all year round.

DAIQUIRI 19 Rum, lime sugar and a martini glass short sweet and fresh this drink has stood the test of time.

MARTINI 19 Vodka or gin? Dirty or twist? Wet or dry this one has a few questions, but is shaken or stirred perfectly however you like it.

LAST WORD 19 Don’t be afraid of this one it’s quite delightful. Green Chartreuse Maraschino liquor and Gin make this drink a stand out. MARGARITA 19 The drink that makes some skin crawl and some mouths water, big bad tequila partnered up with lime juice and triple sec.

MARTINEZ 20 This treat isn’t often exposed however victory rewards the brave. Gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liquor and orange bitters. PINA COLADA 19 Bacardi Rum, Pineapple Juice and ‘Coco Lopez’ with a dark rum float.

WHISK(E)Y Whisky is a barrel aged distilled spirit of which there are hundreds of varieties. The grains used in the different variations are Barley, corn, rye and wheat. The variations are differentiated between the type of grain as well as the location of the distilling. There is also a difference in the spelling – Scotch Whisky versus most others

which has the addition of the ‘e’ making it Whiskey.

SCOTCH WHISKY This whiskey is made in Scotland and made in a manner governed by Scottish law.

BRANDY A distilled wine aged in wood barrels.

Usually a dry acidic wine is used as the base. In the case of Calvados this is made using apples and sometimes pears. There are some types of Brandy that are named after the region they were made

in such as Armagnac and Cognac. (All of our Brandy is served as 50ml pour in a heated balloon glass with the exception of Pisco)
