Mentor SWIPES RIGHT to connect to a Mentee,

SWIPES LEFT to decline a Mentee in case of no professional synergy, or clicks RELOAD to decide later.

Once connected a Mentee INITIATES the conversation with a Mentor in the CHAT within 72 hours. OR the connection will be LOST.

If SWIPED RIGHT, Mentee and Mentor appear on each other’s connections list.

A Mentor sets parameters based on LOCATION, CATEGORY, and INDUSTRY to browse Mentees’ pitches.
