Mental Wellness Tips

Daily Hygiene: Just like routine, taking care of ourselves and daily hygiene habits is important to our wellness and how we feel. Get dressed, brush your teeth, brush your hair, and shower daily. We feel better when we do! 2

1 Routine: While all our schedules are different than they used to be, it’s important to maintain a sense of structure and routine (such as bedtime/wakeup rou-tines). This provides consistency and promotes well-ness. However, flexibility is also key during these times.

Remember: This situation is temporary! While it may last longer than we wish, this too shall pass! 4

Fun: Incorporate fun into each day! We all need fun whatever age we are—birth to 150! Create fun activities, play time, etc. Such activities that are non-electronic based are especially important during this time of e-learning and working from home.
