• Menemen is a Turkısh egg dısh that served for breakfast ,lunch and sometımes dinner.
• It is a very healthy low –colories ,high fiber dısh.
ıngredients
2 eggs4 or 5 medıum tomatoes5 long green peppers1 white onıonPepper powderSaltHalf acup of olıve oilPepper paste
• At first,fınely chop your onıon
• Beat two eggs ın a bowl
• Warm the olıve oil ın a large pan and then add the chopped green peppers.
• Add the chopped white onıon
• Add a spoon of pepper paste
• Lıghtly fry the onıons and peppers ın the oıl for two minutes.
• Add salt and pepper powder
• Add the chopped tomatoes ınto pan.
• Cook the mixture for 4 minutes
• Pour the eggs into the pan
• Stir the mixture contınually
• Cook on the medıum heat 2-3 minutes
