Men at the Cross is a revolution that seeks to answer the call of the Great Commission in America and the world by equipping and empowering

every committed believer to "Love a man to Jesus until he's ready to love another man to Jesus."

The follow up process includes:

• A unique network of leaders and communication to sustain the discipleship movement

• A post event Follow up Team to call attendees within 72 hours of making a decision to follow Christ

• Antioch Churches with designated Barnabas to encourage the Paul's and Timothy's in their commitment to discipleship

• A training program for men who have a calling to be leaders as we strive to “end spiritual fatherlessness”

• The Barnabas Project “…is used to encourage the development of seven core values that moves one closer to the standard of leadership behavior set by our Lord Jesus Christ

• Monthly encouraging emails to all event attendees from the President and Founder of Men at the Cross, Dr. Joe White.
