Carolers stroll throughout the community singing familiar holiday melodies and Santa just might drop by for a visit. December 24th is the Annual Candlelight Dinner in each dining room. December 31st we raise our glasses and toast to a Happy New Year! We always look forward to you and family joining us.... Here at Sea Bluffs we have a Watermark University Class that is a seated YOGA that meets each Sunday every Month in the Fitness Center at 11:45 a.m. With the weather so warm, it is hard to imagine that the holidays are actually just a few weeks away. In the United States flu viruses are most common during fall and winter months. The Center for Disease Control recommends three steps to protect yourself from the flu. First, make the time to get a flu vaccine. Secondly, take everyday actions to prevent the spread of germs including proper hand washing with soap and water, covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, avoiding close contact with others who may be sick and limiting your time around others when you feel ill. Physicians also remind us that we should avoid touching our face because germs spread when we touch our eyes, nose and mouth. Lastly, we should be vigilant about disinfecting objects and surfaces that may be contaminated with germs. Path to Well-Being What a wonderful November we had. We began with our annual Veteran’s Day Celebration honoring all the men and women who so bravely served our great country. November was also Native American Heritage month, a time to reflect on the rich history of our country’s original inhabitants. We were treated to a class on traditional basketweaving from our Community Life Director who is a member of the local Native tribe the Acjachemen Nation. She shared much about her culture and traditions with us, it was a great evening. And of course we ended the month with a feast of turkey and all the trimmings. It is always great when families can come and join their loved ones for a special meal and celebrate their family traditions. We look forward to the Holiday celebrations to continue, tis the season for those happy times here at The Fountains at Sea Bluffs! Thriving

the year is almost upon us.

That's right. Christmas is

coming! With just weeks

before Christmas, now is the

time to sign up for holiday

outings and events. Make

your list and check it twice,

and don't get left behind. We

are so pleased to kick off the holidays with our annual Holiday

Party. The very first Holiday Party of the season is the perfect way

to begin festivities. This annual event is a wonderful night for the

entire family, with Holiday music, food, and entertainment in the

midst of a festive community. Don't forget to stop by the Fireside

Room which is decorated in holiday spirit, and check out the

events which features so many holiday outings that are just

waiting for you and visiting family. Need to relax, curl up by the
