Act of Spiritual Communion My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.

Prayer for Memorial Day
Let Us Pray:
We pray in gratitude for those who early in our countries history fought
and died to make us free.
We pray for those who fought and died in defense of freedom around the
world.
We pray for those who gave their lives to make our lives safer and
purposeful so that we can live in peace, bring them safely into your
kingdom of justice and peace
WE pray for the families of those who have died for the cause of freedom.
Protect them with your care.
We pray for an end to all evil and hate that requires such a loss and we
pray for that day when God’s love rules all nation’s hearts.
WE pray for a Memorial Day when no one will recall the last time
someone gave their life to protect ours. Amen.
