Regular Membership Terms The purchase of a Regular Membership entitles the member to right of use of the chalet, the common areas and facilities of the resort.
The current Regular Membership is valid until year 2020 with an extension to year 2040 and a furtherextension to year 2070. The member will be liable to pay for: The applicable land/common areas extension fees, charges, levies as per the government stipulated in 2020 and 2040 Third party documentation fees Administration and handling fee
The estimated current costs of the land lease renewal, extension from 2020 to 2040 are approximately SGD 8,000.-
A conversion from Regular Membership to membership with Land Title requires the approval by the Executive Commit-tee on a case by case basis. When approved, this can be facilitated by the resort management through an advance payment of the relevant legal and government fees and charges. Hak Guna Bangunan ( HGB ) for Indonesian Nationals only Hak Pakai —for Foreigner's (entitle per unit per person)
The current estimated costs are approximately SGD 30,000.-

Nongsa Point Marina & Resort is the ideal home away from home, be it during the week or for quick weekend getaway. The resort offers a variety of recreational facilities including a Golf Course, a Spa, a selection of water sports and boat charters for fishing, diving, snorkelling and Island hopping.
Monthly Maintenance FeeA monthly maintenance fee is applicable for the membership per unit. It covers: security, rubbish removal, landscape maintenance and lighting of the common areas.The current fee is SGD 150 per month. Any rate adjustments are at the discretion of the resort management.
The chalets can be upgraded within its boundary parameters and keeping with the overall exterior look and feel of the resort. The management can assist by recommending interior designers and contractors if required.
