Manulife’s member online service brings you the convenience of managing your MPF and ORSO account(s) and Group Life and Health policy(ies) anytime, anywhere.
Getting started
Go to www.manulife.com.hk, click Login at the top right and select Personal customer login.
1. Enter your HKID / Passport Number or Username / Manulife Customer Number (MCN) and your Personal Identifcation Number (PIN) to login
2. Select SMS or email to receive One-time PIN (OTP)3. Input OTP to login
If you have forgotten your PIN, simply click the Forgot PIN link to reset your PIN.
Tips for first time users, you can click the REGISTER button to register for our online services. You will be able to log in after verifying through the one-time PIN received at your registered mobile number or email address.
Account setting
Under ACCOUNT SETTING, you can:• Update contact information including your correspondence
address, mobile number and email address*;• Setup/Change your own Username for login; • Change PIN; and• e-Statement setting – opt for e-Statement and e-Notice service to
stop receiving paper statements and notices
* Remember to update your email address in order to receive our e-Alerts following the completion of any claim settlement, MPF contribution allocation, fund switching, fund price alert or change of investment instruction, etc in your account.
Information centre
You may download forms from INFORMATION CENTRE and get information of your advisor through Contact My Advisor.
Select MPF / ORSO / Pension or Group Life & Health for inquiring more details of your account(s) / policy(ies).

For Group Life and Health members
Policy Details provides an overview of your policy(ies), just click your policy number to view policy information, benefit plan, payment information and benefit coverage.
01 Policy Information shows Policy Number and Cert. No.
02Benefit Plan shows current coverage period and start date.
03Payment Information shows claims payment bank account number.
04Benefit Coverage lists out the details of the plan benefit of each plan.
05Search the panel doctors information.
06Exclusion allows you to check if there is any specific condition not covered under your policy, whenever applicable.

Benefit Schedule lists out your medical plan detail such as the maximum number of visit(s) per year, limit per visit, reimbursement percentage, etc.

You can view the surgical schedule under Surgical Schedule.
Claims Inquiry list out all claims details for the past 12 months.
e-Statement shows the claim payment records for the past 12 months.

Transaction Log shows the submission record such as eclaims submission or change of bank account number via online.
Claims Payment Bank Account Number enables you to update your bank account number for claim reimbursement.
Emergency Services show you a guide to emergency assistance when travelling overseas and medical helpline service after office hours.

eClaims eClaims services is an online platform for members1 to submit claims, find a doctor and download medical card, to let you enjoy one-stop convenience.
Manulife eClaims1 Manulife eClaims online medical claim service is applicable for outpatient claims and hospitalization claims2 at any time and anywhere.
Find My Doctor1 Provides comprehensive information on panel doctors.
My Medical Card1 Members can download and present My Medical Card at the network clinics for registration and verification.

For MPF and ORSO members
Review your account information
Account Details shows your MPF and ORSO account(s) details including total contribution amount, investment gain / loss since inception, account balance, etc. It also shows the unit holdings of your investment choice.
Contribution Record shows your contribution allocation details for the past 24 months.
Transaction Log shows a summary of online transaction activities of your MPF and ORSO account for the past 18 months.

Change of Investment Instructions of Future Contributions
Fund-to-Fund Switch - switch any of your current holdings to other fund(s).
One-time Rebalancing (for MPF account only) - set your preferred investment portfolio and we will arrange the switching of funds of your selected fund(s) accordingly.
Manage your account
Fund Choice Management3 allows you to make investment instructions according to your needs.

For MPF account only
e-Statement allows you to view and download your monthly and annual member benefit statements.
You can check your level of privilege under the Privileged Rates Program. Generally, the longer you stay and the more assets you maintain with Manulife, the better privileged rates you may enjoy.
Other services
Fund Price Alert enables you to set up instruction(s) of target unit price(s). An email alert will be sent to you when the target unit price is reached.

Manulife MPF / Pension Mobile App
“Manulife MPF / Pension” Mobile App is avaliable in App Store and Google Play for you to download and install to review your account status anytime and anywhere. Upon initial login, please input your HKID / Passport Number or Username / MCN, followed by your PIN to login.
Understanding that you want a simpler and faster MPF experience. We also provides Touch Login Service4, which allow you to quickly login and manage your MPF account simply by applying your fingerprint thereafter upon registration.
Account overviewYou can view a full list of your MPF and ORSO account(s) in Account Overview section. You can then click the concerned account for viewing further details. Graphical display of individual MPF and ORSO account balance can also be selected.
Account movementIn Account Movement, you can access the details of your account movement since date joined or since current scheme year5.
Contribution recordContribution Record shows your contribution details. You can click to expand the screen in displaying breakdown by contribution type.
4 Touch login service is only available on Apple devices with Touch ID and operates on iOS 10.0 or above.5 Applicable for members who have registered the transaction detail online already, subject to account type.

Fund priceIf you have more than one account type, please select the account and click the “I have read and understood the above information” button after read the important note. You can get updated information on fund price of your current holding fund(s) and all investment choice under your scheme.
Fund price alertYou can set up instruction(s) of target unit price(s) of any fund(s). An email alert will be sent to you when the target unit price is reached.
Regarding the product details of Group Life & Health Insurance, MPF and ORSO, please refer to the relative policy provision/ MPF Scheme Brochure/offering document of the scheme.
