The electric drive uses a Sumitomo helical bevel reducer with either a 3 hp or 5 hp motor. Hydraulic drive also available. The belt is made of 2 Ply 220 1/8” x 1/16” MOR with cleat top surface. The troughing idlers are Cema B 35 Degree approximately every 48” with 4” diameter return idlers every 10 ft. The drive pulley is 12” or 16” diameter with 3/8” lagging and 2-7/16” shaft. Take up pulley 12” diameter with either 1-15/16” or 2-7/16” shaft. Conveyor includes Dodge protected screw take up unit. We offer optional hoods and loading hoppers. Our troughing idler conveyors are available in custom widths and lengths. Also, support steel can be quoted for inclined conveyors. FEATURES

The Mellott Troughing Idler Conveyor is made using C10 x 15.3 Channel or C12 x 20.7 depending on length and span.
