What you need to know and acknowledge before you register:
• If you’re going to attend and participate in Congress and its exhibition you must register. No matter how many of you are coming along, each person must fill out their own registration form.
• When you register, register as the profession you hold i.e. if you’re a dentist, you must register as a dentist. That goes for partners or spouses with professional qualifications.
• If you’re an overseas dentist who is a financial member of your national dental association (FDI member) you will only need to pay the ADA member rate and supply proof of current membership.
• Students – you need to have a valid ID card at the time of Congress.
• If you're a 1st or 2nd year ADA graduate member, you must provide formal evidence of your date of qualification or first registration. To be eligible for the Dental 1st Year Graduate registration rate, the date of qualification must be within 18 months prior to the Congress date.
• Remember that the workshops and lunch and learn sessions are strictly subject to availability, so don’t miss out! Available to dentists only.

Cancelling before Friday 3rd March 2017 will attract a AUD$150 cancellation fee while doing so before Thursday 30th March 2017 will incur a 50% forfeiture of fees paid. After Friday 31st March 2017 refunds can’t be given.
Congress accommodation
All accommodation room rates are listed in Australian Dollars and are valid for the Congress only if booked through Ozaccom. Rates include GST, are quoted on a per room per night basis and are for the room only. Rates and all information are current at time of printing and may be subject to change without prior notification. Accommodation bookings made after 7th February 2017 may be subject to further terms & conditions and hotels may charge a credit card fee.
Cancellations within 7 days are subject to the hotels terms & conditions.
Note: Credit card details must be given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable at Thursday 7th February 2017.
Insurance
Your registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so we strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy at the same time as you register. Whichever policy you choose, it should cover for pretty much any eventuality including:
• Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress
• Loss of international / domestic airfares through cancellation for any reason, tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia (and elsewhere), or failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay
• Force Majeure or any other reason
• Medical expenses (including sickness an accident cover), loss and damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered.
