ABSTRACT
The satisfaction of customers and dealers in cement industry plays very important role in
market to improve the sales and distribution of the product. In this we use number of techniques
and channels to develop the market. In cement industry we found that competition of other
brands is very high. To face this competition we take the satisfactory decisions for customers
and dealers
Here my study is on customers and dealers preference towards the product. In this by
observing of this project report we collect the valuable information from dealers and customers
of the product and then we suggest the right decisions to improve the market.
