It is my pleasure to welcome you to Hodson Bay Hotel’s conferencing and event dining experience. My hope is to awaken your taste buds with a brilliant balance of flavour from our exclusively designed menu selections.
Every menu is created with great consideration and care to suit a range of occasions. They ensure a gourmet dining experience whether you’re looking for casual dining or wish to opt for something a little more refined.
I am proud of our relationship with superb local and regional Irish suppliers. When you know your ingredients are of the highest quality and traceable, many organic and free range, you're guaranteed a dish with a fusion of natural mouth-watering aromas. I am delighted to collaborate with an outstanding, professional kitchen team whose dedication to seamless dining is second to none.
Food is my art, and I believe in creating masterpieces on every plate. My aspiration is the creation of innovative dishes that dance on your palate. I regard all food occasions as a celebration of coming together to converse, relax and eat great food.
