-From Barrie, Ontario
- Attended University of New Brunswick and Niagara University. BA(History), MA.Ed
-Teacher in Birmingham, England for 3 years.
-Worked at St. George’s for 3 years
Personal History: Lisa Bombini
-Attended the University of Simon Fraser BA- French
-University of Neuchatel, Switzerland
-At Collingwood for 15 years. Taught primary French, grade 1, and 4/5 Key program
General School InformationSchool Day classes begin at 8:30am, if you arrive later you must get a late
slip from reception
Parking, Drop-off and Pick-up drop-off -- please give yourself extra time in the morning,
always better to arrive early. pick-up -- be sure to put traffic pass on the dashboard, be
punctual (not early or late) in order to make a most efficient process for all families
At any time, do not park on gravel lot or block it unless you are picking up JK children
carpooling, having older children walk up the hill to meet on the upper street, making use of buses, and walking up Chairlift Avenue– will help ease the traffic at the end of the day
General School InformationDaycare Daycare is an option for working parents at
7:30am in the FSC. After school, children with working parents may use daycare
Very important to note that it is not a play center, parents should try to pick up as soon as possible at the end of the day

Orton-Gillingham Tutoring Students are taken out two-three times
week during instruction for 1-to-1 tutoring.
OG tutors(Ms. Bombini, Mr. Style, and Ms. Ferreira) Students’ spelling words are aligned
with their work in OG.
Homework Expectations
-Spelling program-Reading -Mathematics-Socials (When required)-Science (When required)
*Homework will not go home unless the concepts have been taught in class.
