As a child I was
insect phobic but
myths were busted
after I joined BNHS
Life was never the same after I
had fallen head over heels in
love with this six-legged wonder
I learnt, small is mightier and ugly
is beautiful
I was convinced they are
the rulers of this Planet
and that our survival
depends on them.
They seem to be
small and
vulnerable but they
have ability to wipe
the human race.
I was intrigued by their 3
tier body which set them
apart
They have unparallel
beauty
They have undisputable Royalty
They have unmatched masks
They know the hide and seek game
They have highest number of survival skills
They have an aura
about themselves
Got to know how
accessible they are
No wonder they are cutest
living beings on the planet.
I was amazed by their camouflage
I had grown fond of their songs
I wasn’t aware that every singer
had a unique song
They have good dressing sense.
I learnt we weren’t the first to the snorkeling
When it comes to food size
doesn’t matter
I was shocked to know about their
Mafia system
They know the multipurpose
use of plants
They actually exploit
plants
Studying them is a
challenge, most of the time
they confuse us
Insect love life is a serious
business
Males are
smaller than
females
Their growing days are mysterious
They shed their skeletons
They are fond of building
homes like no other being
They know to fool
us
Insect watching is all about finding
the insignificant
I learnt not to hate any creation of
the creator
We get figs because of fig
wasps
Insects struggle a lot in life
Finally all meat is a
grass
