Our Brand

Our brand has been defined by our three founding directors who sought to build an agency on five core pillars - Quality; Positivity; Integrity; Creativity and Success. Our History

Founded in 2009, Meet are a privately owned life sciences search agency that partner with a range of top Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and Clinical Research Organisations. Through seven years of development we have reached a number of milestones but we have always been aware that our history has been built on the belief that every client relationship is fundamental to our growth. We strive to exceed expectations and ensure a high level of service is continuously delivered to our clients. Evidence of our values in practice has seen us become accredited by APSCo and additionally we have recently been awarded the ‘Gold’ standard by Investors in People.

We are determined to make sure our past defines the future for every client, candidate and employee that interact with Meet.

QA Introduction

Along with Medical Affairs, Quality Assurance is now of Meet’s fastest growing markets with offering across permanent and contract/freelance on contingency and retained services. We support our clients and candidates across the UK and Europe and pride ourselves on our open, friendly approach by going the extra mile. As shown by our name, we strive to meet all our clients and candidates to better understand their needs.

Our QA coverage includes:

- All levels from QA officer through to Head of QA/QA Director level, including Qualified Persons- Development, Quality Control, Production, Distributions and Inspections- GMP, GDP, GCP, GXP and Validation

Hi I’m Paul, I have 18 years recruitment experience, I was previously a director at a FTSE250 recruitment company, and been involved in Life Sciences for 12 years, based in London, I’m readily available to offer his support and guidance for any key accounts.

I’m a Business Manager overseeing all of our European permanent recruitment team. Having specialised within the life sciences industry for over 4 years I have a proven track record of being able to deliver into those ‘hard to fill’ roles, ranging from Management all the way up to Senior Director and VP level positions.

I started my recruitment career within the IT market, prior to having a natural transition into Life Sciences in October 2013. Working here at Meet has allowed me to utilise my scientific knowledge I obtained from my Honour’s degree in Biomedical Science and this has led me to now being the main point of contact for permanent Quality Assurance recruitment in the UK and Europe. I have built an ever growing network of talented candidates within this market of which I have placed many throughout our extensive client base which ranges from start up’s through to Leading Global organisations including Pharmas, CROs, Biotechs and more..

My role is to recruit into the contract side of our Quality Assurance business, focusing solely in the South of the UK. I work closely with top CROs, Biotechs and Pharma companies within the UK, providing job opportunities from entry level Officers to Directors of Quality. I am confident my network of candidates in this field is very comprehensive as I recruit specifically within Quality Assurance. I am always looking to ensure I fully understand my candidates and clients’ needs whilst building a strong network to fill roles promptly at a high quality.

My area of focus is the contract market within Quality Assurance. Geographically, I focus on roles in the North of England, Wales and Scotland. This focused approach has allowed me to build up an in-depth network of candidates and I can isolate difficult to find skillsets. How we ensure the client comes first

Like in every recruitment environment, our consultant teams do have targets. However, here at Meet we are targeted on service and not KPIs; quality rather than quantity. To reflect and encourage this, we talk about ratios rather than KPIs; expecting the highest ratios any consultant possesses to be 2:1 ratio of CVs:interview and 5:1 ratio of interview:placement.

This is key to Meet’s success in cultivating and fostering long term partnerships, and guaranteeing that you are receiving strong profiles that have been shortlisted and screened both for skillset and personality.
