Alok Patnia, CEO of Taxmantra.com has been actively involved with startups, advising, mentoring and providing them with necessary hand holding with regards to funding and compliance issues.
These include intrinsic issues like Entity Structuring, Funding, Tax and Regulatory compliances and allied issues. He has sharp insights on the business starting-up and maintenance issues. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a commerce bachelor from St. Xavier’s College having post qualification exposure with Ernst and Young and KPMG at Bangalore.
He has also been associated with Moneycontrol as subject matter expert on taxation. He is also a regular contributor on startup centric forums like Yourstory.com and Inc42.com.Alok has been an active part of NASSCOM 10000 Startups program in mentoring and counselling a upcoming entrepreneurs. He is currently authoring a book on the emerging startup scenario in India, which is slated to release by the year 2016.

Our Chief MentorCA RK PatniaThe stepping stone of the business was laid by our Chief Mentor, CA Rabindra Kumar Patnia, practicing chartered accountant since 1983. He is the past president of Income Tax Bar Association and also past chairman of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has vast experience in the field of tax and advisory and very well known for his technical expertise in handling of income tax search and raid assessment especially.
The biggest mile stone that we have achieved till date is an unconditional leadership of bringing the entire gamut of tax and legal services under one roof.
