!Thank You Mom !I am the oldest of three boys and was raised by a single mother who is one of the strongest and hardest working people I have ever known. Though we struggled at times, she never wavered in her principles. !I got my work ethic from watching her. I started my first business right out of high school and realized I enjoyed the freedoms of entrepreneurialism. After suffering an injury and going through a long recovery process, I was forced to take a few jobs along the way. I spent several years working traditional jobs, including ten years in Federal Law Enforcement and realized that the entrepreneurial spirit never left. With ten years of Government service, I was faced with the decision to continue on to retirement or to pursue my entrepreneurial aspirations. After long consideration and a few prayers, I chose to leave the security of a traditional nine to five job and pursue the freedom of being an entrepreneur. I then worked towards building a real estate career, which lead to me starting The Paradigm Realty Group. It has been an incredible journey that has lead to many other businesses and opportunities that have allowed me to pursue my dreams and mentor others to do the same.

Meet Michael !Michael's dream of one day owning his own real estate firm started in 1999 when he left a career in Federal Law Enforcement and
government contracting to pursue a career in real estate. He worked in various real estate offices over the years where he was among the top performers. While the experiences were great in each office that he worked, Michael thought that
the traditional ways of doing business in the industry could be improved upon. This lead to the forming of The Paradigm Realty Group. Our partnership with Keller Williams Realty insures that we will be able to offer our agents the best training, tools and technology offered in the Real Estate industry which means our clients will receive the best service possible from the best trained agents possible. !!As Broker of The Paradigm Realty Group, Michael has over fourteen years in the real estate industry. With an extensive background in financial management and
contract negotiations, he has a complete understanding of handling and negotiating the
most complicated transactions. His goal in starting The Paradigm Realty Group was to have
a company where real estate agents could grow and build a real estate career and business on a solid foundation while offering their clients the highest quality of service possible and our partnership with Keller Williams Realty allows us to do just that.
