REISSUANCE OF HINDU MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

The Hindu Marriage Act is a law enacted by the Indian Parliament in 1955 as

part of the Hindu Code Bills. Three other important acts were also enacted during this time: the

Hindu Succession Act (1956), the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act (1956), and the Hindu

Adoptions and Maintenance Act (1956). All of these acts were meant to modernize the Hindu

legal tradition.

MeeSeva Introduces “Reissuance of Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate” Service

to the citizen, which is under Registration Department. This service is useful to citizen to get the

Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate which is already approved in MeeSeva. Applicant

need not to apply fresh Reissuance of Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate service, they

can avail this service by reference of earlier MeeSeva certificate Number.

Procedure for applying the Request at Kiosk End: - Apply for Reissuance of Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate: This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate.

1) In MeeSeva home screen, under List of Services, select Registration Department services as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate Service in Registration Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Now Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate Request Screen will be displayed as depicted in Figure 3.

4) Enter old approved Hindu Marriage certificate application no. and click on Get Details Button as depicted in Figure 4.

5) Now Reissuance of Hindu Marriage Certificate Request Screen displays as depicted in Figure 5.

Note: - Here If old approved Hindu Marriage certificate application no. is not available we can search based on Name, District, Mandal, village.

6) Click on Search Button. As depicted in Figure 6.

7) Enter applicant details Such as applicant Name, Mobile Number, District, Mandal, Village and click on Search Button as depicted in figure 7.

8) After click on search Button it displays Applicant details, select application number as

depicted in Figure 8.

9) After selects application Number click on Get Details Button as depicted in Figure 9.

10) Enter Informant details such as Informant Name, relation with applicant, Mobile No. and

click on show payment button as depicted in Figure 10

11) Collect necessary payment and click on confirm payment button as depicted in figure

11.

12) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in figure 12.

Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA); else the system will not accept the request.

13) Click on Print Certificate, Hindu Marriage certificate will be generated as depicted in figure 13.
