The Story. The headlamp that started a revolution.It all started in 2004 when we launched the MedLED® Classic. A basic, soft-strapped single LED headlight designed for lighting when suturing. LED’s were still so new that users were baffled by its convenience. The rest is history. We ‘saw the light’ and MedLED® was born as the first in surgical LED illumination and remains as the only truly cordless option for any surgical application.
