Are you short of time? In just an afternoon or a weekend you can do one of our ‘accelerated’ short courses and get an introduction to all or part of the Taoist Tai Chi™ internal arts of health. You will get a foundation for further development through our regular classes and workshops.

Half-Day Introduction to Tai ChiThis half-day short course will introduce students to the fi rst 20 to 30 moves of our tai chi set. Package includes one month of additional membership so that you can join ongoing unlimited weekly classes for no extra cost. COST • Regular $85; Senior $80; Concession card holders

$70; Youth (under 18) $55; Existing members: $25. • All-inclusive: Includes free t-shirt, registration fee,

one month’s membership, plus a $25 workshop voucher. Or new members may wish to upgrade and take advantage

Learn the Full Tai Chi Set in a WeekendThis weekend short course will introduce students to the full 108 moves of our tai chi set. Package includes 4 months’ additional membership so that you can join ongoing unlimited weekly classes for no extra cost. You will also receive a $50 voucher towards payment for a full year’s membership, to use at the end of your 4 month membership. All round great value!COST • Regular $190; Seniors $175;

Concession card holders $150; Youth (under 18) $95. Existing members: $50 for whole weekend, $25 for any half day, or $30 for Sunday only.
