• PharmD and official transcript from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy

• Eligible for licensure in California

• Letter of intent

• Three letters of recommendation

• Must be registered in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Residency Matching Program

Pharmacy Network ManagementUnderstand the strategies involvedwith contracting, implementing, andmanaging pharmacy networks.

Clinical Prior AuthorizationEvaluate prior authorization requestsfor appropriate use and understandthe regulatory requirementsgoverning prior authorization review.

Utilization Management Quality AssurancePerform quality oversight of utilization management staff and develop quality improvement initiatives. Support regulatory and client oversight audits.

Medication Use ManagementPerform case management for high-riskmembers of a Prescription DrugPlan (PDP) to ensure quality care.
