The wireless transmission provides instant display of the pressure values during the measurement without incumbering the sportsman with a hindering cable connection to the computer. The high resolution of the pressure load distribution underneath offers the examiner an instrument to analyze the course of motion in the sporting exercise. The sportive version, medilogic ® insole sport is characterized by a higher sampling rate of the sensoric. Every sensor is sampled with 300 Hz. This means 300 measured values per second and per sensor. The hard-wearing insole adapts in every shoe without hemming the sportsman in its movings. With a sampling rate od 300 Hz the system occurs with the option to catch almost every move and impulse of the sportive activity. Short time force peaks like this can be expected in very fast course of motion (mor than 7 km/h). For single movings like jumps or single footsteps with very fast moving action you need a high sampling rate. This affects about 20% use cases of foot pressure measurement. For the analysis of fast moving action in sports (e.g. sprints, ball games, jumps) you need the maximum sample rate of 300 Hz. In most cases (about 80%), the analysis is made in an examination of a step sequence of 10 - 20 periodically steps. As normally the examination is done over the whole measure period in the way of analyzing the maximum pressure and average pressure, a clearly lower sampling rate can be used without losing any information. Summarizing, the user has to check the speed of motion and the shortness of the bonding happenings to make the decision for the correct sampling rate. Foot pressure measurement with 300 Hz ...

The medilogic® insole sport offers recording of the pressure load under the foot inside the shoe during sportive impact. The wireless transmission provides instant display of the pressure values during the measurement without incumbering the sportsman with a hindering cable connection to the computer. The high resolution of the pressure load distribution underneath offers the examiner an instrument to analyze the course of motion in the sporting exercise.

The sportive version, medilogic® insole sport is characterized by a higher sampling rate of the sensoric.Every sensor is sampled with 300 Hz.

Description of the SystemThe foot pressure measurement is accomplished with two thin, flexible insoles, with a high number of sensors, record the plantar pressure distribution. The medilogic Flex Insole with up to 240 Sensors can be shaped according to customer's requirement.

The Software, which runs under Windows, allows an online display of the pressure values on the computer monitor. Immediately after switching on the measuring devices the values are on screen as a graphical display. The pressure distribution can be displayed as isobaric colour display or as three dimensional mountain. The measured pressure distribution can be shown and evaluated in the view of the pressure maximum, pressure average or pressure impulse. Furthermore the possibility of evaluating the centre of pressure is given. The scientific based comparison function allows a clearly arranged before / after presentation. The intuitive handling of the medilogic insole system is comparable with the buttons of a recorder. The recording is started with a single touch of a button. After the recording is finished it can be viewed either in fast forward mode, at normal speed or in slow motion. At any point in time of a reading it can be accessed and viewed. Every reading associated with a patient can be saved to the hard disk, thus facilitating evaluation and comparison of different readings at a later date using the medilogic software.

Through its easily understandable design and the focus on the functions necessary for the practitioner the software eliminates the need for laborious and time consuming adjustment.
