Mace

This weapon was made out of wood and metal and one blow from knocked most people off their horses hurting them.

If the ax was in the right knight’s hands it was known as one of the most deadly weapons in battle.

This was a weapon many people were taught to use because they just needed to learn how to throw one.

War Hammer

The War Hammer was very effective against knights in armor. It could penetrate it and injure them very badly.

SwordThis is the most widely know weapon of the middle ages its main strength was close combat because you could use it for striking someone or defending.

PikeThis was used by pike men who were the first in a battle to charge.

Longbow

There would be hundreds of people with longbows and they would shoot them all at the same time killing many people with a rain of arrows.

Archer Defense

This system of sharpened logs was put at the front of the archer line because when the horses would come up to them it would scare them off or not let them get by.
