Compliance
MedicsPro’s experienced compliance officers work with registering applicants to ensure that they are fully vetted before being placed.
We strictly follow the NHS Employment Check Standards and are required to ensure that all Locum staff are fully compliant to these. The standards are embedded within the National Agency Framework Agreements and regular audits are carried out to ensure that our workforce meet the required criteria.
MedicsPro ensure only the best quality of candidates are placed in clinical settings by thoroughly vetting all applicants in line with NHS compliance guidelines. We employ an in-house clinical specialist team to interview candidates and obtain the required documentation and certification. Our training department assist candidates in coordinating training and education, whether it be to update previous qualifications or for further development.

Our compliance officers will need to collate copies of various documentation, these can vary by profession and can include the following:

Our in-house training coordinators can assist applicants in renewing existing statutory and mandatory training qualifications and courses, and enrolling on new courses as part of professional development.
