• Proposed solution with IHE– Use Pharmacy Medication List (PML)– BUT: There is something missing

• Changes to "Medication Therapy" entries could be PADVs– Must shall be checked in detail, but looks good

• Needed changes to existing profiles: – PADVs have to be extended to carry an additional reference to

Medication Therapy Entries to indicate that the command is related to this new information element

– We need additional references in PRE, DIS to relate them to "Medication Therapy“

– PML must be extended to carry those new Medication Therapy Entries

By that we would meet the need of „Medication Plan“ projects in Switzerland and Germany
