A PLANET UNDER SIGNIFICANT STRESS (Sun is our example)

Any planet with at least three of the below aspects, (compounded by that planet’s tenancy of a malefic house,

conjunction to a malefic or lunar node, sign debility, out of sect .

FIRE: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius, (hot*) movement is outward

EARTH: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn (dry: astringent* ) movement is consolidating, inward

AIR: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius (cold*) movement is upward, and circulating around

WATER: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces (wet*) movement is downward, diffusive

*signs belong to an elemental grouping but are not, in fact, the element! *signs are not “humors”. *Elements are not “humors”.

E.g., Libra is moderate, (neither hot nor cold), and magnetic Taurus is far moister than fellow earth signs. A sign is a conflation of planet, element, seasonal and

planetary influences!
