You will need to make sure that you have a full understanding of expectations and comply with them if you want a successful experience.

Site AssignmentsSite Assignments
The Clinical Placement team has begun contacting sites that you submitted on your application. Please keep in mind that placement at your requested sites is not guaranteed.
The Placement Team makes an average of 60-70 phone call per student.
Once the team has received all of the necessary documents from the site for your placement, you will receive your site assignment during Week 5 of your first clinical course.

All forms are in your Clinical Student Handbook (in DocSharing of the course)
Do not assume your site has the current forms. They do not! You need to provide the forms and ensure they are completed and faxed to the Placement Team. Fax
numbers are listed at the top of each form.
Keep a copy of all of your forms for YOUR records!
