Precision-automation processesOur sysmelec® brand is characterized by a unique know-how in the mastery of processes such as attachment, measurement and production of miniaturized products. Over time, we have acquired a high level of competence in the automation of complex processes and the realization of custom designed machines, including many applications for the medical industry. This accumulated knowledge has led our experts to develop and continuously improve the design of machines dedicated to the assembly, the treatment and the quality control of medical devices.

Thanks to our vast experience working with customers in the medical field, we can assist with all necessary documentation for the validation of the machine for production in a medical environment.

This assistance ranges from establishing the specifications and writing the risk analysis, up to the qualification itself of the production equipment.

Our sysmelec® SCM100 standard suture crimping machines have been specifically designed for the assembly and crimping of multivariant surgical sutures. A wide range of needles and threads can be handled and a fast product changeover time provides the flexibility of producing large or small batches.

Each suture is subjected to a pull test to guarantee a constant high-quality thread-needle combination, while a low cycle time is maintained.

Surgical sutures

For the production of consumables used with surgical endoscopes, we have improved the handling of a wide range of rigid and flexible components. This ensures a reliable assembly process and is fully in line with the high quality standards of our customers.

With the flexibility of our production equipment, multiple variants can be produced on the same machine with minimal downtime.

Consumables for surgical endoscopes

A wide variety of delicate subassemblies necessary for the production of pacemakers can be produced on our machines.

Our competences in the handling and assembling of micro-mechanical products, combined with our know-how in laser welding, vision control and other inline quality controls guarantee a high quality result for the final product.

Pacemakers

Coronary stents are produced in various shapes, diameters and lengths. The only common denominator of all stents is a sensibility to mechanical deformation and scratching.

Our machines are able to handle, coat and flip stents of various sizes without damaging the surface.
