Commission on 03.10.2018. The CPIO has furnished reply to the applicant yide his lerter Nc.4IRTIIECIILET/ERS/I0512018 dated 02.11.2018. In respect of item Nos. 1.5.6 & 7 of the applicatio,. no

information is available in any physical form in record of the Commission and hence the appellant u,as repliedaccordingly.

D. CISION OF FIRST APPELLATE AUTHORIY

I have considered the appeal. original application and the comments of the ClpIO.

The CPIO has provided information within time limit. The CPIO has furnished repl1 to the ap rican

vide his letter No. 4/RTI/ECI/LET/ERS/10512018. dated 02.11.2018. The CPIO is mandated to give infbrmation

which is available in material fbrm under the said Act. When the CPIO stated that intbn.rtatiott is not ar ailahle in

material form, he meant to sa-v that the infon-natiorr sought is r"rot available in the Cotntnissior-r itr respect of itern

Nos. 1 ^5,6 &7 . Therefore. there is no ground to give any direction to CPIO.

The appeal is disposed of.

Electoral Roll Purification &

Ai;insniicatioi'r Programme (NERPAP),

2015 on 3rd March 2015 in all

States/Union Territories with majorobjective of linking of Aadhaar withElectoral Roll database. ln August, 2015when collection, feeding and seeding of

Aadhaar number were in full swing, theCommission suspended all activitiesrelating to collection/feeding/seeding of

Aadhaar number, being undertakenunder NERPAP in light of Hon'ble

Supreme Court's interim order dated
